Rohn joins a strong team of strategists at the agency, where planning is designed to be responsive to the business challenges and marketing opportunities of today's media landscape.

"Great strategists like Don are instrumental to our agency's mission to unlevel the playing field for our clients," said Berne. "Don has experience in both brand and retail marketing. He understands how strong integrated marketing leads to business results both in the near term and over time." Rohn graduated with a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University and began his career working as a design strategist at Nissan Design America in San Diego, CA. His agency career has included executive positions at WPP, Saatchi & Saatchi, and TBWA\Chiat\Day.

His most recent work at TBWA\Chiat\Day included the launch of Nissan Titan with "Shoulders of Giants", which was recognized by the industry for its culturally astute and disruptive approach to advertising.
