What does it mean to be part of an agency that puts “People First”?

It means looking at every single thing we do through the lens of PEOPLE. Especially the work we do for our clients. Business success comes when we help brands truly connect with people and inspire action.

What’s the biggest change you see coming up ahead for advertising and marketing?

The very nature of advertising is changing underneath our feet. Everything has changed, even when it sometimes looks like it hasn't. "Advertising" used to be easily defined, and it no longer is.

What have you learned from the team you lead?

I've learned about the power of a team. I don't have to be great at everything — I have people on my team who are great at things I'm not great at, which collectively makes us amazing.

What qualities do you look for in an RPA Associate, beyond the usual?

I love people who ask smart questions and love the challenge of trying different things in order to constantly improve.

What’s on the horizon for you? What do you most look forward to accomplishing?

I have a list of hundreds of things I plan on accomplishing. What I most look forward to is checking off everything on the list.
