Transparency at RPA

In for 13 is an initiative calling on advertising agencies to commit to the diversification of leadership in the advertising industry—specifically Black leadership—by signing a pledge. Currently, less than two percent of leadership positions are filled by Black professionals. The goal of In for 13 is to increase that number to 13 percent by 2023. RPA has signed the pledge and is committed to taking action.

At RPA we strive to foster an environment that is representative of the communities our work seeks to influence. We pledge to achieve 13% Black representation by 2023.

RPA diversity numbers as of November 2020 are:

Female (56%)

62% Caucasian

38% People of Color (African American, Asian, Hispanic, and Pacific Islander/Native American).
