Prior to joining Anomaly, she spent some time on the client side at the Coca-Cola Company, as well as leading award-winning accounts at TBWA\Chiat\Day and 180LA.
Rich Jun is the Managing Director of BamVentures, an early-stage, consumer-focused venture-capital fund that he started with Brian Lee, the co-founder of LegalZoom, Shoedazzle and Honest Co. Bam Ventures has made investments in Thrive Market, Away Luggage, Outdoor Voices, Korbit, Honey, Immortals and Fubo.TV. Prior to founding Bam Ventures, Richard was part of the senior management team at Shoedazzle, which was later sold to Techstyle in El Segundo. Richard started his career as a transactional attorney, having graduated from Harvard College and Columbia Law School.
Throughout his career, Jay has consistently created culturally impactful work for brands such as Nike, Activision, ESPN and Sonos. He’s been a creative force behind some of the most iconic brand campaigns of the past decade, including Jay-Z releasing his album “Magna Carta Holy Grail” exclusively on Samsung devices, and Kenny Powers’ hostile corporate takeover of K-Swiss.
Cat is a proud alumna of the 4A's Multicultural Advertising Internship Program (MAIP) and AAF's Most Promising Multicultural Students Program (MPMS). She has proven her creative prowess at top agencies, such as Publicis New York, SapientRazorfish, and (currently) POSSIBLE as a copywriter working on radio, print, everything digital, campaigns, and more. Most recently, she can be seen celebrating her Young Lions achievement and playing pretend (aka improv comedy) at The Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in LA.
