Cedars-Sinai had a perception problem. People saw an iconic Beverly Hills hospital, not a system built to serve all of Southern California. While highly respected for specialty care, many did not see it as a place for everyday healthcare. In reality, Cedars-Sinai serves diverse communities across the region through more than 250 locations. The challenge was not awareness. It was correcting a perception that had become limiting.

Our insight was clear. People needed Cedars-Sinai to feel accessible, both physically and emotionally. Many didn’t realize there was a location near them, and others didn’t think it was for them. For a system built on inclusion and care for all, the brand needed to better reflect the humanity behind its clinical excellence.

We created “We’re Right Here,” a brand platform grounded in inclusiveness, humanity, and meeting people where they are. Brought to life through empathetic storytelling and a fully integrated 360° campaign, from media to community partnerships, the work made Cedars-Sinai feel present, relevant, and accessible across Southern California.

The impact was immediate and measurable. The campaign drove stronger perceptions, increased consideration, and real business results. Two-thirds of people exposed said they were more likely to visit Cedars-Sinai, and consideration for everyday healthcare needs rose by 53%.

By reshaping perception and reinforcing trust, RPA helped turn a respected brand into a more accessible one, driving growth across the network and proving the power of a more human story to deliver real results.
