When Honda asked us to find a more resourceful way to support their retail models and promote yearlong sales, we needed to reduce costs while maintaining the brand’s equity and presence. That’s why we built a completely new retail approach from the ground up.

Our new retail campaign allows for quick, responsive, and multilayered customization over time. With this new approach, we’re able to refresh existing creative with new running footage and other module elements for each cycle. We can update sales offers, respond to market conditions, and address other evolving factors.

By building the campaign around customizable modules that align with brand strategy, RPA created a system that lowers costs while protecting creative integrity. This allows us to achieve greater operational efficiency while keeping our work relevant, upholding our creative standards, and continuing to reinforce the Honda brand people have come to know and trust.
