Santa Monica, CA, Nov. 16, 2015 — Leading independent ad agency RPA has hired Gwen Conley, most recently Group Media Director at Saatchi & Saatchi, for the role of VP, Group Media Director. Reporting to Mike Margolin, SVP, Director of Audience Strategy at RPA, Conley will lead business on several current RPA accounts.
"Gwen will be a huge asset to our media team. She will work on growing our media business and will contribute to the talent development and growth of our media group," said Margolin.
A University of Florida graduate, Conley has more than 25 years of experience in media planning, working on award-winning campaigns at agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi, davidandgoliath, Team One and Campbell-Ewald in a variety of categories, including automotive, retail, tech and gaming on a national and local market basis. She has a deep understanding of multiple demographic segments such as youth, males and boomers.
During her 7-year tenure at Saatchi & Saatchi, Conley led media planning for Toyota, where she was responsible for all paid media (broadcast, print, digital, in-market, search and social), including Toyota National, Dealer Association, Parts & Service, Fleet, Mobility and Certified Used Vehicles.
