Selena Chin Joins RPA as Local Media Manager in Chicago

Santa Monica, Calif., July 30, 2007 — RPA, the largest independent advertising agency on the West Coast, welcomes Selena Chin as Local Media Manager in the agency's Chicago office.

"We're excited to add Selena's expertise to our ever-growing media team," said Lisa Pilger, VP, Associate Director of Local Media at RPA. "Her breadth of spot buying experience will be a valuable asset to our Chicago office and our local media management team."

Most recently, Chin worked for Carat USA as a senior spot supervisor, where she liaised between the account/planning group and the spot buying department. As a supervisor, she oversaw a variety of clients, including Pfizer, Pernod Ricard, Viacom, Adidas-Reebok, Alberto Culver, Motorola, Coldwater Creek and Radio Shack. Chin was also responsible for supervising half of Carat's Chicago media team.

From 2000?2003, Chin was a senior broadcast negotiator at OMD USA in Chicago. There she was a local market specialist for top central region markets, including Detroit, Indianapolis, Columbus and Milwaukee

Chin's career also includes stints with Starcom as a media buyer and Leo Burnett as an assistant media buyer.

Chin earned a bachelor of science degree from the DePaul University in 1997.
