What’s the most important part of your job?

Moving like water and making great work.

What does it mean to be part of an agency that puts “People First”?

It means we're collectively inspired by people rather than any other catalyst, on every single action that we take. We look through the lens of the uniqueness of individuals and what each new point of view can add to the process. We look at our clients, our vendors and our customers as people. We embrace individuals.

What’s the biggest change you see coming up ahead for advertising and marketing?

I feel like we are getting flipped upside down currently. Nothing is the same as last year, or the year before. I see constant change coming ahead for advertising and marketing. Media are becoming highly interactive and I believe advertising will need to adjust to this new model of viewership. Very exciting.

An agency CEO travels back in time from the Year 2050 and walks into the lobby. What’s your first question for her?

What is the latest thing?  Does SD still exist? They said it would go away 16 years ago and we still have to make SD masters in 2016.

What have you learned from the team you lead?

I have learned to stay calm and listen. And respect every person I interact with, every single day.

What qualities do you look for in an RPA Associate, beyond the usual?

I look for passion and greatness. Lack of fear.

Talk about a client who’s had an important impact on you.

I've worked on the Farmers brand since they first came here and I would say that they've had a great impact on me. The agency and the client have made great advertising together and the partnership has been outstanding. The collaboration of thought and action has been such a fantastic experience.

What’s on the horizon for you? What do you most look forward to accomplishing?

In the future I would like to make movies, write books, travel the world, invent things. You know, the usual.  I look forward to accomplishing greatness in my field and inspiring humans.
