It means so much, but at the heart of it, it means we care about who we're making things for, more than just the thing we're creating.

What’s the biggest change you see coming up ahead for advertising and marketing?

There's going to be a greater expectation of advertising and marketing to be smart and add value to peoples' lives as opposed to interrupting them and just simply selling them something.

What qualities do you look for in an RPA Associate, beyond the usual?

"The usual" implies that there's a list somewhere. That aside, I look for confidence, a willingness to learn and do hard work, and curiosity in Associates. People who have those, do well.
