What’s the most important part of your job?
What does it mean to be part of an agency that puts “People First”?
Starting and staying at RPA for over 16 years. That's what it means to me.
What’s the biggest change you see coming up ahead for advertising and marketing?
The biggest challenge I see is continuing to create engaging content that people want to watch and participate in.
An agency CEO travels back in time from the Year 2050 and walks into the lobby. What’s your first question for her?
Are we heading in the right direction?
What have you learned from the team you lead?
People want to do great work and it's my role to help them.
What qualities do you look for in an RPA Associate, beyond the usual?
Someone who works hard, someone who is willing to ask questions, someone with a good attitude, someone who treats others with respect, someone who is constantly pushing themselves in new directions, someone who wants to learn.
Talk about a client who’s had an important impact on you.
They all have. Every client I've worked with has a direct impact on me. Each phone call. Each presentation. Each review. Each production. Each interaction. They're all an opportunity to learn. And grow.
What’s on the horizon for you? What do you most look forward to accomplishing?
Becoming better at being a Creative Director. Making sure that I'm connected with those I'm working with on a daily basis so I can continue to be a positive force and an advocate for them as well as their ideas. Also, I'm looking forward to doing some fun art projects in the upcoming year. Stay tuned!
