What’s the most important part of your job?
There are more subtle aspects of my job which I consider some of the most important, and are some of my favorite: 1) managing internal practicalities so the creative team can focus on concepting, 2) being a point-person to whom anyone on the team can feel comfortable reaching out, and 3) being a sounding board.

What have you learned from the team you lead?
At some point every day, I'm reminded of how lucky I am to have the project managers working with me, on our team.
What qualities do you look for in an RPA Associate, beyond the usual?

What’s on the horizon for you? What do you most look forward to accomplishing?
More of what I love to do: organizing projects and campaigns, creating and refining processes, and generally being challenged.
