What’s the most important part of your job?

Being a resource for Associates and leaders, and ensuring that this is the best place to work and always will be!

What does it mean to be part of an agency that puts “People First”?

It means EVERYTHING.  How we treat one another and the culture that we create is why people come here and stay.  We want to be a place where everyone feels respected and valued for their contribution.

What’s the biggest change you see coming up ahead for advertising and marketing?

Flexibility - creative people think creatively about how they work, and we need to offer solutions that are right-sized for each person and their work.  Depending on the role, depending on the person and their level of expertise, of course, but we should be engaging with everyone to think about how to put them at their best.

 An agency CEO travels back in time from the Year 2050 and walks into the lobby. What’s your first question for her?

Have we continued to live up to our high ideals, even in a changing and shifting landscape?  

What have you learned from the team you lead?

SO much - my team is well versed in the work that they do and they know what the agency needs from us.  They are creative, collaborative, curious, passionate, and proactive.

What qualities do you look for in an RPA Associate, beyond the usual?

Someone who cares deeply about the place they work - someone who wants more than just a paycheck.  People who thrive here are passionate about something beyond their day job, and they bring that passion, not just to the work they do, but to their outside interests, as well.  

Talk about a client who’s had an important impact on you.

I love that we have such history with Honda, and that we are in part shaped by their ideals.

What’s on the horizon for you? What do you most look forward to accomplishing?

I always want to be on the leading edge of employee benefits and resources.  There may be things that don't make sense for us yet, but I always want our leaders to be talking and thinking about what best-in-class support and leadership look like, and how we can get there for our Associates.
