People First is inherent to RPA's DNA. It is so gratifying to be part of a team that cares so much, and who are universally committed to excelling in everything they do. Equally important, our people do not allow their passion to compromise their deep respect for one another, our clients and their businesses.

What’s the biggest change you see coming up ahead for advertising and marketing?

The continuous evolution of how, what, where and why People communicate will be constantly evolving. Anticipating "what's next" will be an ongoing challenge; but more important, determining what messages resonate will require us to be open minded, willing to take risks, and quickly adapt to constant change.

Embrace change. Don't be afraid to jump into the deep end of the pool. Don't give up.

Curious, passionate, with a sense of humor, and an ability to communicate with positive energy.

My goal is to continually strive to discover and nurture diverse talent and ensure the agency supports our People by providing an environment that supports both their personal and professional growth.
