What’s the most important part of your job?

Ensuring that the work is top notch, the staff and teams are confident and comfortable, and that our clients are very satisfied and happily surprised every day.

What does it mean to be part of an agency that puts “People First”?

People are the columns that make up everything RPA represents. Their strength, ideas and work, their heart. RPA is a brilliant, diverse canvas of people first.

What’s the biggest change you see coming up ahead for advertising and marketing?

Moving forward I think we're going to see companies getting back to their core values and the basics of what they do best, which will be reflected in the way they communicate as brands. It's this kind of thinking that creates consumer confidence and elevates brand perception.

An agency CEO travels back in time from the Year 2050 and walks into the lobby. What’s your first question for her?

Well, I'd have a ton of questions, so I guess my first one would be: Can I ask you more than one question?

What have you learned from the team you lead / others on your team?

A team is a lot like a family, and the key to our success is balance. Between the long list of goals we need to meet, we also have to make sure there's time to recharge in order to excel. There's a time to rest and a time to crank.

What qualities do you look for in an RPA Associate, beyond the usual?

A listener that's both patient and insightful while carrying themselves in a friendly, collected way.

What’s on the horizon for you? What do you most look forward to accomplishing? At RPA, we’re always busy. That’s a good thing. Outside of work, we’re excited to expand our home and to add to our family.
