What’s the most important part of your job?
Giving 100% to every single part of it.
What does it mean to be part of an agency that puts “People First”?
A recognition that each individual has integral value and worth, yet each project can only reach its full potential through the collaboration of the collective.

You're a woman!! (I hug her.) How many of you are there?!
What have you learned from the team you lead?
Just because it's not the way I would do it, doesn't mean it's the wrong way.
What qualities do you look for in an RPA Associate, beyond the usual?
Where their weirdness lies. I'm most interested in the eccentric, quirky, curious side of human nature. That's where the magic happens.
Talk about a client who’s had an important impact on you.
Ernie Kelsey at Honda. He has a myriad of amazing qualities as a human, but above all he trusts us to do our job.
What’s on the horizon for you? What do you most look forward to accomplishing?
I've never stayed at an agency more than 3 years, so I'm really interested in what will happen now that I'm in year 4. Do I turn into a pumpkin?
