What’s the most important part of your job?
Communication: making sure that everyone is aware of the big picture and their part in it.
What does it mean to be part of an agency that puts “People First”?
"People First" creates a culture of respect and kindness at a level not often seen in other agencies, and influences everyone to be at their best. It played a large part in my choosing to come to RPA, and I feel it has made me a better team member.
What’s the biggest change you see coming up ahead for advertising and marketing?
Because media and tech is constantly adding and evolving, I anticipate that the creative itself will need to be more break-through to stand out in the noise.
An agency CEO travels back in time from the Year 2050 and walks into the lobby. What’s your first question for her?
Do people still get up and talk to each other face-to-face?? Please say yes... ;-)
What have you learned from the team you lead?
I have learned how to give them space to grow, and to step in and support when needed. And specifically, they have taught me much about Broadcast and Digital Trafficking.
What qualities do you look for in an RPA Associate, beyond the usual?
A can-do attitude and a smile.
Talk about a client who’s had an important impact on you.
The Southwest Airlines clients have such a great collaborative attitude, they remind me that we're all here to do the same thing and we're all on the same team. I think that can get lost at times and it can easily feel like it's "us vs them" with agencies and clients.
What’s on the horizon for you? What do you most look forward to accomplishing?
I'm excited to continue growing and evolving the Project Management team at RPA - not only the PM department, but our engagement with the agency teams as a whole.
