Two things: listening to my teammates with an empathetic ear and being flexible enough to adapt to changing information quickly.

What’s the biggest change you see coming up ahead for advertising and marketing?
More and more creative collaboration with specialists who really understand new technologies like AI, AR/VR, and data-driven advertising to make the most creative and entertaining ads that really connect with people. And it's going to be really important to attract and keep the best talent in order to compete.

"How's that whole Global Warming thing working out?" But I know you really mean a question about advertising, so: "What are the biggest platforms for advertising in the future?"
What have you learned from the team you lead / others on your team?
Always keep your eyes and ears open and pay attention to details. Don't get tunnel vision; see the big picture.
What qualities do you look for in an RPA Associate, beyond the usual?
I love the people who make work fun. A great sense of humor and the ability to laugh even when things get rough goes a long way with me.
What’s on the horizon for you? What do you most look forward to accomplishing?
At work, I always want to keep expanding my knowledge base and learn more about different disciplines within rpa that I don't have much experience with. Personally, it would be cool to check a few more national parks off my list!
