What’s the most important part of your job?
For our clients, it's helping my team better service their productions and bring great work to life. For my team and RPA, I am responsible for growing and evolving their skill sets in our ever-changing field of digital. Both are of equal importance.
What does it mean to be part of an agency that puts “People First”?
It means respect for the individual, at work, with our client partners and within our client work.
What’s the biggest change you see coming up ahead for advertising and marketing?
I think everyone (individuals and companies) is challenged by the speed of change and the impact of technology. I'm curious how AI-based automation and the switch from search to "assistance" will impact Brands and people.

With a little freedom and the right amount of support, people can step up to the challenge of becoming leaders in their own right. And it's awesome to behold.
What qualities do you look for in an RPA Associate, beyond the usual?
Curiosity, ease in being and diversity. And not just diverse in gender or ethnicity, both of which are important. Diversity in backgrounds (small town/big city, community college/big schools, etc.) and interests outside of work.
Talk about a client who’s had an important impact on you.
Southwest Airlines. Their culture is one of hardworking fun and it's infectious! From a business perspective, I nerd out on how efficiently they operate. They work hard to make air travel a safe and fun reality for everyone to experience.
What’s on the horizon for you? What do you most look forward to accomplishing?
I like the strides we've made with producers (art, broadcast, digital) working together to best manage productions efficiently and effectively. I look forward to even more collaboration between our teams over the next year.
