What’s the most important part of your job?

Everything is important, because everything has an impact somewhere down the line.

What does it mean to be part of an agency that puts “People First”?

It means being in a culture where every Associate is looked at as an individual, not a number. It's respecting and appreciating that no two people are the same and that everyone has their own strengths and weaknesses, their own personal motivations and points of view.

What’s the biggest change you see coming up ahead for advertising and marketing?

That's the best part about advertising and marketing, it's in a constant state of change and you never know what aspect is going to dominate the trend. You just want to be there when it does.

What have you learned from the team you lead?

I have learned that I am extremely lucky to work with people who are passionate about what they do. Without each one of them, success would be very hard to come by.

What qualities do you look for in an RPA Associate, beyond the usual?

Are they a good cultural fit? When you work here, you know what that means.

What’s on the horizon for you? What do you most look forward to accomplishing?

We recently launched the RPA mentorship program and I've been fortunate enough to be paired with a couple of great younger Associates. I really enjoy working with them and being there as support, trying to help them figure out their path. Having started my career at RPA and grown from within, I want to be able to give that experience back to the next generation of agency leaders.
