What’s the most important part of your job?

Solving interesting problems. Making sure that my team delivers for our clients in ways that matter, and that the solutions we offer, and that they're better than what the competition could offer.

What does it mean to be part of an agency that puts “People First”?

It means that I work in an environment where everyone has respect for one another and wants to collaborate and tap into each other's expertise and experiences. It means that I appreciate everyone else here, and they appreciate me. It means that I actually want to come to work. It means that the code I write is not a machine, but a living breathing entity that needs to connect with people on a human level.

What’s the biggest change you see coming up ahead for advertising and marketing?

Any capital letter followed by "R" (VR, AR, MR).

An agency CEO travels back in time from the Year 2050 and walks into the lobby. What’s your first question for her?

Which stocks should I buy?

What have you learned from the team you lead?

If you set a high bar for people to succeed, more often than not they will exceed your wildest expectations.

What qualities do you look for in an RPA Associate, beyond the usual?

Passion for their craft, willingness to learn, aptitude for leadership, and (of course) mad programming skills.

Talk about a client who’s had an important impact on you.

At a prior agency, I once observed a client scream at a room full of people over a particular issue that quickly thereafter was deemed to be the fault of no one in the room. To the best of my knowledge there was never so much of a hint of an apology. I vowed to never become that person.

What’s on the horizon for you? What do you most look forward to accomplishing?

I just want to do awesome work that my team, and the agency, can be proud of.
