What’s the most important part of your job?

Inspiring people and guiding them to achieve success and create great work

What does it mean to be part of an agency that puts “People First”?

It means everything. No other agency has a POV as clear and as meaningful as this place. It's a special place with a genuine purpose that's been part of RPA since day one, long before the words were officially put on paper.

What’s the biggest change you see coming up ahead for advertising and marketing?

The ways we engage with people and share a brand's stories with them. But one thing that won't change is that great storytelling always wins.

An agency CEO travels back in time from the Year 2050 and walks into the lobby. What’s your first question for her?

Do the Cleveland Browns ever win a championship???

What have you learned from the team you lead / others on your team?

Where do we start? I learn something new every day from my teams as they're always sharing new ideas, new thoughts, the latest article they read, the hot new show, the latest tech, etc.

What qualities do you look for in an RPA Associate, beyond the usual?

Curiosity is something you can't teach - and curiosity is a great tool to use to solve problems/challenges. Some people have an innate curiosity that is infectious and makes others want to explore new things and try new ways to find the perfect solution to anything that stands in our way.

What’s on the horizon for you? What do you most look forward to accomplishing?

Just getting better every day. Learning new things. Seeing the people on my teams achieve their goals both at work and outside the office.
