REQUIREMENTS

Preferred candidates are juniors/seniors pursuing a bachelor's degree or are recent graduates. Some exposure to advertising and/or any creative industry is highly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of Associates, are a must. Candidates should also have knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Phone interview

If selected, your next step is a phone interview with one of our recruiters, so we can better get to know you, your personality and whether you're a good fit for RPA.

In-person or Skype departmental interview

If selected, the final step is to meet with the team you would potentially work with, to ensure it’s the right fit for everyone.

KEY DATES*

SUMMER:

Internships run May – August.

FALL:

SPRING:
